These amazing giveaways are for any unagented PB writer or author/illustrator planning to enter the 2023 PBParty contest. I can’t wait for you to see all the incredible prizes! Check out the participating agents & editors…and I’m sure we’ll have even more join in the PBParty fun.
We had our PBParty Preppers Zoom…and it was AMAZING, inspiring, and packed with helpful info about the contest. Here’s a link to the replay. Password: 8QPWB+o6 (copying and pasting it in works best–sometimes things like the letter o and number 0 can be confusing).
The deadline to sign up for a PBParty Ranking Party to help figure out which of your manuscripts to enter in the contest (or send for a professional critique…if you win one of these amazing prizes) is Saturday, February 11 at midnight.
Please thank all of our generous donors! I’m so grateful for the support of the amazing kidlit community. In addition to following them on social media in order to get Rafflecopter entries (great news–there’s a good chance you’ll get lots of follows back), here are other ways to thank them:
- Retweet some of their tweets or share other social media posts–especially about their giveaways, books, PB groups, etc.
- Mark their book/s ‘to read’ on Goodreads
- We know it’s hard to buy every incredible book. That’s a fantastic way to support them, but there are free ways, like requesting the book in your library if they don’t have it and borrowing it if they do.
- Leaving honest reviews is a HUGE help! Some great places to do that are Amazon, Goodreads, and B&N.
- Shout out about their books on social media. Even better if you can add a photo of their book–and it’s always fun to see children enjoying them. Plus cute pet photos with books always make me smile.
- If you win a critique from someone with a critique service and you love their feedback, shouting out about it on social media & giving them a testimonial to use on their website is a wonderful way to thank them.
