He is a pillar in his community – sponsoring pantcake breakfasts and distributing free wingut butter and jelly sandwiches to those in need. When he learns celebrity chef Capra De Laurentis is coming to town in search of the best food truck in the world, he knows he has to come up with his best dish yet.
